Russian manicure
A Russian manicure incorporates an electronic file (like those used for acrylics) to remove excess skin surrounding the nail bed instead of traditional water-soaking techniques, cuticle nippers, and cuticle pushers. While you might typically reserve 45 minutes at Victoria’s Beauty & Nails salon for a traditional manicure, the Russian manicure requires a minimum of an hour and a half to ensure that each step is performed safely and meticulously.
Artifical Nails
The sculpted nail technique is a newer, more modern method than the old tip nails. Acryl, gel, or fusion gel (novelty) is used as basis material. Fusion gel has been developed to combine the benefits of acryl and sculpted gel nail materials. It is a unique formula with its extremely dense texture, allowing it to combine the benefits of both gel and acryl nails.
Artificial nails are built by using a nail template, which is later removed from under the extended nails. The nails last for 4-6 weeks and grow together with your own nails. Sculpted nails can be painted and re-painted without difficulty, also with gel polish. It is also possible to build in 3D decorations in the nails during the preparatory process.
Refills are recommended every three weeks.
The prices are fixed, there are no hidden costs. Manicure and decorations of two nails are included in the price.
Gel Polish
Gel Polish is recommended for those clients who would like to have lasting nails without extensions. The end result is thin yet strong nails with perfectly smooth surface.
Gel Polish is one of the favourite methods on the market, since the hybrid material cured under UV light combines the benefits of artificial nail gel with the ease of use of conventional nail polishes. Professional gel preparation is very important when applying gel polish. When properly prepared, the polish becomes elastic, difficult to break, does not crack, does not dissolve, can be removed without coarse grit and is perfectly durable for up to 3-4 weeks. An additional advantage is that it creates a much harder surface than a simple conventional nail polish, so it can also help to protect your natural nails from external influences.
Gel polish application:
The nails are manicured, disinfected and treated with degreasing serum. After drying, a base coat is applied onto the nail, which is left to cure with the help of a UV lamp. This is followed by two coats of paint and a light gel polish. After drying, the cuticules are treated with natural oil.
It is possible to place decorations in gel polish fixed with an additional transparent layer of gel.
