Manicure
At Victoria’s Beauty and Nails we offer you high quality manicure treatment.
Japanese Manicure
Japanese Manicure brilliantly enhances the natural nails, stimulates blood circulation and stimulates healthy nail growth. It protects the nails from splitting or peeling. Thanks to this treatment brittle nails can become elastic and pliable.
The procedure of the Japanese Manicure is the same as for the classic manicure with the final phase involving a Japanese nail-polishing technique using leather to buff a superfood complex paste onto the nails. The paste contains ingredients and vitamins, which bind water, facilitate the penetration of other substances and have a significant effect on the water-fat balance. The mains task of the paste is to nourish the weak nail:
• Vitamin A, E, H
• Provitamin B5
• Keratin
• Bee pollen
• Silica from the Japanese sea.
Thanks to the Japanese Manicure your nails become beautiful and shiny like a pearl.
Paraffin Treatment
This is a very popular treatment, especially in the colder, winter months, when dry skin and poor circulation can be more of a problem. The paraffin treatment soothes chronic joint pain and relaxes stiff muscles, and improves blood flow to the treated area. It increases range of motion for people with arthritis, bursitis and other chronic conditions that cause pain and stiffness. Paraffin treatments also smooth and soften dry, chapped, rough and scaly skin.
The positive effects of the paraffin treatment is primarily due to the fact that the active ingredients of the moisturizing hand cream penetrate into the lower layers of the skin under the pleasantly warm cosmetic paraffin wrap helping the cell functions.
Paraffin treatment steps
Cleansing – deep cleanse of the hands, skin disinfection with antibacterial soap
Peeling – peeling of the dead skin cells
Moisturizing – with cream rich in active substances
Paraffin treatment – dipping your hands into the paraffin bath to the wrist (repeatedly 2-3 times)
Poultice – putting warm gloves on the client’s hands and leaving them on for 15 minutes
Paraffin treatment is beneficial for everyone as the skin is constantly exposed to harmful environmental effects, chemicals, dirt and dust. These harmful substances dry your skin and nails.
For extremely dry and rough skin the paraffin treatment can be recommended as a cure-like treatment. This entails two sessions during the first two weeks, one session per week for following two weeks and then one treatment every two weeks to achieve and maintain good skin condition. For cure-like treatment sessions it is possible to request a subscription for 10 treatments. Please note that the paraffin treatment can only be applied on unblemished skin surface. In case of wounds, injuries or lesions on the nails, around the nails or on the hands the paraffin treatment cannot be applied.
